Six Degrees continues to be proactive in its approach to delivering transformational technology services in what we now see as the ‘new normal’ operating landscape. Throughout the coronavirus pandemic and beyond, we remain committed to being agile and empathetic to the needs of our customers and our people. This will ensure we continue to deliver brilliant services that address our customers’ operational challenges whilst meeting both the health and safety and personal needs of the people that deliver them.
In early-March we successfully implemented our business continuity plan, and we have since moved over 95% of employees to remote working. Where a physical presence is required in a specific location we are deep cleaning on a daily basis and following best practice in terms of hygiene, interaction and rotas.
We are happy to say that our customers continue to see no difference to their service levels from Six Degrees because of the coronavirus or the latest government recommendations.
