Client Service Management - Your ‘voice’ within our business

Bridging the gap between you, our customer, and our technical delivery experts is the Six Degrees Customer Experience team. Our Service Managers are in place to ensure the smooth delivery of your services from inception onwards, they act as the central point of contact and maintain the day-to-day relationship between our two organisations.

When you choose Six Degrees' Client Service Management a dedicated Service Manager will be assigned to you, and will play a pivotal role in terms of service discovery, design and the eventual transition of your service into ‘business as usual’ (BAU) support. Thereafter s/he will take a proactive lead in all other aspects of our relationship with you from a service perspective, including:
• Service Reviews and Reporting,
• Managing known risks and issues,
• Trending and continuous service improvement planning,
• Strategic initiatives, such as capacity planning, ensuring the integrity of your Six Degrees solution via proactive technical reviews and presenting innovation forums.

At Six Degrees, we’re really keen to hear what our customers think of the service we provide. Only by listening to your views can we improve in the areas that are important to you and develop new ways of working that will make your life easier.

Your Service Manager will ensure your feedback is captured by inviting you to participate in a formal Customer Satisfaction Survey every six months.
