    Livenumber is our unique DR solution for your inbound voice calls. It operates across both traditional (E1/ISDN) trunks and SIP trunks, as long as Six Degrees provides these too. With Livenumber, in the event of a disaster such as fire or flood, or any other event affecting business continuity, you simply invoke one of three DR plans via a browser or smartphone and all your DDIs will be re-routed to predetermined alternative numbers.

    We own and operate our own TDM hard switches and IP softswitches, to which we provide Direct Connect Voice links via either TDM or SIP trunks. We deploy carrier-neutral direct voice via multiple Tier 1 carrier interconnects so that we can select the most cost-effective and highest-quality route. We also offer our unique 15 minute voice quality fix SLA thanks to controlling our service end-to-end over our own network infrastructure.
