Six Degrees invests in its people

LONDON – 10 June 2015 – We are extremely proud to announce that Six Degrees is now an accredited Investors in People (IIP) organisation, achieving the level of Silver after our first assessment in April 2015, putting us in the top 12% of IIP companies.

IIP is a management framework for high performance through people. Established in 1991 by the UK Government, it helps organisations of all sectors to get the best from their employees, optimising outcomes by championing best practice in people management and equipping them with the tools to succeed.

The IIP assessment process is rigorous and objective, based on direct feedback from members of Six Degrees staff. It has provided us with a thorough analysis that our practices and values are working and where we can further develop.
