Each of our customers is allocated a dedicated account manager. They have ultimate responsibility for all areas of your business and technology relationship with Six Degrees Group. Your account manager will be in an expert in his or her field and will be fully trained on all areas of the Group’s portfolio. They won’t be an anonymous voice at the end of a phone call; part of their job is to visit with you regularly either for scheduled formal account reviews or for informal catch-ups to discuss your organisational developments.
Six Degrees Group account management teams also have the full resources of the Group at their disposal. If you require additional services, solutions or simply advice, they will bring in the requisite skills and knowledge to help address your emerging requirements. They will not be the only people you get to know at the Group. All of our support staff are part of the account management picture and you’ll become familiar with dealing with the same names and the same impressive service. The directors and managers at Six Degrees Group are all passionate about looking after customers and take an active role in the account management too.
